Dog Toss and Retrieving Toys

One of the earliest uses of retrieving dogs was to help fishermen retrieve fish and objects from the water. All dogs yearn for a romp in the field or a splash in the water, and most all are delighted to work and play.

Whether you are training a hunting dog, or just playing with your companion dog on a daily basis, it is a good idea to teach your dog to retrieve. The best toys to do this are the Frisbee and a ball.
